How it works

Four stages. Clear milestones. You approve every step.

Research first: we check your market, offer and prices before we build. Then we create everything customers look for — website, Google profile, press release and social kit, all written from the research — and leave you with a plan for your first customers. Typical timeline: 7–10 business days from complete intake.

The four stages

Hands arranging planning notes during a validation workshop

Stage 1 · Days 1–3

Validate

Pressure-test the idea before you spend on it.

What we do

  • Review your intake and research your market, competitors and pricing with cited sources
  • Write your in-depth Validation Report: customers, competitors, pricing, risks and opportunities
  • Flag every claim that needs evidence and every gap we found

Your part

  • Complete the intake (about 60–90 minutes, saves as you go)
  • Review and approve the report and positioning

Stage 2 · Days 3–7

Build

A professional website built on approved positioning.

What we do

  • Write all of your site copy from our research and your approved positioning
  • Build five pages with professional photography on a private preview link
  • Set up your Google Business Profile
  • Run mobile, accessibility, form, speed and SEO checks

Your part

  • Comment directly on the preview
  • Approve the exact version you want published

Stage 3 · Days 7–9

Launch

Go live and announce it properly.

What we do

  • Publish your approved site on your domain
  • Write your press release with a local news angle, and your social launch kit with branded graphics
  • Publish your approved release on news sites and verify every placement

Your part

  • Approve the press release separately — it never goes out without it

Stage 4 · Day 10

Grow

A concrete plan for your first 100 customers.

What we do

  • Deliver your First 100 Customers toolkit: named prospects, scripts, a 30-day plan and a tracker
  • Hand over your Launch Kit: every file, approval and live link in one place
  • Send your placement report and your “As Featured On” badges

Your part

  • Start outreach with scripts written for your niche

Milestones

What happens, and when you're involved.

You'll spend roughly three to five hours in total. Each main deliverable includes 2 revision rounds — one round is a consolidated set of your comments.

  1. Step 1

    Order and intake

After checkout you get a secure portal invitation. The intake takes about 60–90 minutes, saves as you go, and lets you mark anything as “unknown” rather than guess. You can invite a colleague to help.

  2. Step 2

    Intake review

An expert reviews your answers within two business days. If something important is missing, we ask — we never fill gaps with invented facts. The timeline starts once intake is complete.

  3. Step 3

    Review and comment

Each deliverable arrives in your portal as a numbered version. Comment directly, request a revision round, or approve that exact version.

  4. Step 4

    Two separate approvals

You approve the website version before it is published, and the press release version before it is submitted. One approval never covers the other.

  5. Step 5

    Distribution and evidence

We publish the approved release on news sites and verify where it appears. You receive actual links, check dates and your “As Featured On” badges — never estimates.

What can change the timeline

We'll be upfront about delays.

Incomplete intake

The clock starts when intake is complete. Missing facts become review flags, not guesses.

Review time

Our estimate assumes you reply to each review within two business days.

Domain and access

If your domain needs to be transferred or verified, registrar steps can add a few days.
