How the score works.

No black box. Each answer earns 0–3 points. Points are averaged within each dimension, weighted, and shown as a score out of 100 rounded to the nearest 5 — because a self-assessment can't honestly be more precise than that. The same weights give your two readiness scores, using only the dimensions in each.
