No monthly hosting fees. Your website is hosted at no ongoing cost — the only renewal is your domain name, paid directly to your registrar.
Canadian clients are billed in CAD and U.S. clients in USD. Prices exclude applicable sales tax, GST/HST or PST.
Secure checkout by Stripe and PayPal. Pay in full, pay in 2 or 4 card payments with no credit check (10% more in total), or pay over time with Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm or PayPal, subject to the provider's approval.
If your approved press release isn't published on news sites, we refund the announcement portion of your package in full.
The Idea Deep Dive fee is credited in full toward any launch package within 30 days.
If you cancel before your intake is complete, you receive a full refund. After production starts, we refund the portion of the package covering deliverables we have not yet started. Once a release has been submitted for distribution, the distribution fee cannot be refunded — except that if your approved release is not published on news sites, we refund the announcement portion in full.

No — no one honestly can. Your release is published on news sites through our distribution network, specific outlets depend on publisher acceptance, and we only put outlets in your “As Featured On” badges where we've verified your release appeared.
No. Hosting for your website is included with no monthly fee. The only ongoing cost is renewing your domain name, which you pay directly to your registrar — usually around US$15–25 a year.
Once paid in full, you own the website copy, your brand assets and the release text. You can download a complete copy of your website from your client portal at any time (once any payment plan is complete), to keep as a backup or to host it elsewhere.
It's best if the domain is registered in your name. If you don't have one yet, we'll help you choose and register it in your name during intake — you pay the registrar directly.
Yes, two ways. Our own payment plans need no credit check: Pay in 2 (half today, half in 30 days) or Pay in 4 (a quarter today, then every 2 weeks), charged automatically to the same card.
